I LOVE coffee. In every way. I like it black, or with cream, I like it hot and I like it cold. I’ll pretty much take it anyway it comes. I generally drink it hot when I’m home, but with Spring here and Summer fast approaching, I was looking for some delicious iced coffee recipes to make at home. It makes a yummy and refreshing drink, and I don’t end up reheating it 4 times. Plus it really helps keep my visits to the local Starbucks to a minimum when I’m craving a coffee treat.

1. Iced Vanilla Bean Latte

This vanilla bean latte recipe calls for coconut milk but could easily be exchange for any milk of your choice. Vanilla lattes are my usual go to iced drink at Starbucks, but I find myself finishing a Tallin less than 5 minutes and am less than satisfied considering how much the charge.
