  Sucked!!! The owner/Manager? Who ever heis HeIs RUDE, HATEFUL, Disrespectful and hedoes itin front ofother costumers! The lady customer that was there wasn't any better they must have been married orjust flirting!! She thought hewas just sofunny!!!! Well Ijust have one more thing tosay CARMA!!!

    Wow what aharsh review and where doI begin? After seeing this review Itracked you down byyour name and Ifigured out that you were inour business onNovember 16and you were awish package pickup customer. Iwas puzzled why you waited this long topost toHateful review probably because you didn’t want usto figure out who you were and exactly what had happened. For people who don’t know what wish customers are they are people that order cheap Chinese products online and have them deliveredto our store sothey can save money onshipping. When Imade you aware that Wish had been shorting uson our payments and weonly get paid $.50per scan versus how weused toget paid per package, Iexplained toyou that you would owe $.50extra for each additional package and because you had two packages you would owe $.50. This made you upset and you acted like achild raising your voice about the $.50that you would owe and when you said you wanted touse acredit card and Iexplained toyou that wecharge $1when acredit card isused because welose money this made you even more upset. People like you just don’t understand how expensive itis torun asmall business and wecan’t make iton $.50. Asfar asthe woman you say Iwas flirting with, well that was mygirlfriend and wewere sitting atthe counter talking and noone was laughing atyou and noone was rude orhateful toyou infront ofmy customers because when Iwent back and Ilooked atour security cameras tosee Isaw one ofour Tanners come out and you and Iweren’t even talking atthe time that she exited our business. You make itsound like you were here tobuy aswimsuit and someone was rude toyou, and that wasn’t the case noone was rude toyou atall. The truth isyou were being cheap and you were upset and hateful tome because Iwas asking toget paid for myservices. With this being said, Iam strongly thinking about stopping doing wish because toput itsimply wecannot run abusiness and not get paid. Ohand just soyou know karma isspelled with aK not aC.

  Phil, the owner iswonderful! This isthe business iwill now use asmy goto tanning place! The prices are much more reasonable than the tanning chains where Iused totan. They dohave asurprisingly wide variety ofsuper cute beach apparel, soif you are looking for last minute beach wear, you'll behappy! The hydro massage isgreat! They had agame where you get entered into into adrawing orspin awheel towin things (like the massage orfree tans) ifyou use the vending machine. Whata fun idea! Great business!… – show

  The owner, Phil & his staff are beyond exceptional, providing quick and courteous service while offering the best MAINTAINED & up-to-date beds. They have been inbusiness aslong asthey have for areason— I'm now 35& can recall when mymother had amembership there, over 20plus yearsago! Additionally, ifyou're looking for swimwear, you've found your place. Ican't say enough good things about this place, the people, & overall environment & experience!

  They continued towithdraw money from myaccount even after Icalled them and asked that mymembership becanceled, which they said they would take careof, and asked for arefund Iwas told Iwould begetting nosuch refund until Iwrote aletter stating Iwanted itcanceled. Crooks are what theyare. And whatch getting your wish from them aswell.

    Well Tanya you know that isnot true. When you signed upas amember you were told verbally aswell asa written contract that you signed and you even took one home with you that said tocancel your membership ithad tobe done inwriting and mailedin. You were billed for your past due balances because your credit card kept declining. You called and were upset and said you wanted itcanceled and Itold you you needed tosend ina termination letter but that seemed todifficult for you todo. Ioffered tofreeze your account but then decided togo ahead and cancel iteven though you had not sent inyour letter. You later messaged onface book saying you canceled your credit card which was silly but that was fine your account had been canceled already. Weare not crooks and itis ashame that intoday's society people feel such entitlement that they are solazy they would rather take more time and effort toslam abusiness with bad reviews, cancel their credit cards and spend their time insuch anegative way when they should beadults and honor their agreements, pay for what they said they agreed toand cancel inwriting when requested. Soif you are anew customer and wanting tobe amember wewould love for you tocome bySun City and try out our wonderful establishment that has been serving the north-land since 1992but remember that tocancel your membership you need todo itin writing.
